Vision City: A Pioneering Sustainable manufacturing Oasis

A sustainable manufacturing hub in Gila Bend, Arizona, inspired by JD Hill and designed by Mike Rosen AIA and his partners at Crescita Management Southwest. Vision City aims to provide job training for at-risk youth through portable training centers and collaborates with Xcel Strategies to offer national programs.

The project includes the development of a 60,000 SF building for Crescita HQ & the CresWall Panel Plant, a 260,000 SF Cellinity battery plant, and a 400,000 SF facility for CemRock MgO (Magnesium Oxide) wall and floorboards, solar fields, and 400 workforce multi-family units.

The Future of Prefabricated Wall Panels

CresWall is revolutionizing the construction industry with its innovative prefabricated wall panels. The panels feature a Magnesium Oxide (MgO) Board exterior sheathing, constructed out of cold-formed metal studs and insulated with 2 inches of spray foam on the interior.
