“Vision City: Pioneering Sustainable Community Development”

Vision City is a sustainable manufacturing hub in Gila Bend, Arizona, inspired by JD Hill and designed by Mike Rosen and his partners at Crescita Management. Vision City aims to provide job training for at-risk youth through portable training centers and collaborates with Xcel Strategies to offer national programs. The project includes the development of a 60,000 SF building for Crescita HQ & the CresWall Panel Plant, a 260,000 SF Cellinity battery plant and a 400,000 SF facility for Cem-Rock MgO (Magnesium Oxide) wall and floorboards, solar fields, and 400 workforce multi-family units.
